The breakfast here was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options 🍳. This place is in an unbeatable spot for easy access to Gulf Shores. It's also really convenient for getting to the city center, the on-site restaurant, and all the local shops.

Food was excellent. Loved that the kids ate free. Having 2 pools was great.
Our waiter for dinner, did not do a very good job. Forgot silverware, very unorganized, didn't bring all of the parties food at the same time, forgot to give the kids their treat.

This place is pretty clean, has amazing staff, is relatively peaceful, and the room is fantastic, with some rooms having kitchenettes and a bathtub.

Had to repair toilet everytime I flushed, shower took like 15 minutes to get hot water, no microwave life they said, remote didn't change channels.

Nice room, good bed, pretty good exercise room
Staff seemed almost surly, there never was any coffee in the lobby although there was supposed to be, they didn't offer a cookie at check in, also for the price they should offer breakfast, instead had to go to a dodgy Waffle House nearby .

I was informed at 4pm that I could not check-in until 11pm. I had just played golf in the MS heat and had to wait 7 hours to shower and change. Never again. Oh by the way, I only had to pay $169 for this gem!

Very clean place, and the staff went out of their way to help us out. The location is awesome because it's close to all the shops. We got a room with a roll-in shower, making everything convenient. 🚿

The customer service was poor. The bed was an absolute nightmare. We asked for another room with a better bed and it was exact same bed. We didn't sleep a wink and you could feel every single spring in these cheap nasty beds
